I think CIP should maybe a mailbox for people that made postman quest somewhere around the Hellgate library. You can't get lootbags up to Ab if you don't go dracona. The Dracona way is hard. Yesterday I nearly lost a 1,8k oz lotbag because I went up from Hellgate and couldn't take my lootbag up so I had to go through hellgate twice to get it.

not needed, you can take your lootbag to depot easely by keeping the bag 1 floor higher then normal ground, that's my tactics
