It should be possible to buy outfits in all cities. An outfit selling Npc. Females could buy female outfit and Males male outfits. For example you are a female and you buy witch outfit in venore and you can use the outfit like others. And maybe a special outfit for each voc. And a special outfit for promoted voccations. So a royal pally could buy a cool female or male outfit.

Outfits that you could see eqs would be cool.

Not really about the outfit showing eq. Imagine... High lvl. Hiho PK. E-Plate and SOV or ROOKED!! High lvl. -.-

Ye, but other eq would be cool. Maybe a mage buying necro outfit in darashia or something.

Good . You should not encounter people to use illegal prgrams.

i think you should have the option of showing off your outfit or not. cause i think having a full set of something you should be able to show it off even if it isnt good who wouldnt walk around wearing full leater? personally i think a k-set with dark/strange helm would look nice or a p-set + steel or warrior given the ability to turn it on or off would solve that problem, just have a warning when setting it on saying something to the effect of "if you choose to show your armor players may attempt to force you to give them your armor"

No more warnings please. I hate warnings...

maybe just 1 initial warning like you get in the beginning, like entering a cave, reaching lvls 8 and 20, have one of those appear just once

Ok. You hunt something hard and it suddedndly appear. It would be better with it to appear when you change into eq outfit.
