China! That happened when the teachers were not there, or any other school responsible, that's also a crime, punish with jail (minors jail), but since that's in China i don't know :S. That's a very sad thing to do, and to brag about it in the internet, even worse. I hope those retards get busted and locked.
Edit: Foltymos, you can also bully the bullys ;p!

EVIL!!
The problem is that sometimes (I think this is not the case) the children say nothing to their parents or teachers. That's why they are bullied for long time, until something really bad happens, like killing with a fire gun (like in US and many places)
There's also a video on google where a little kid is bothered while crossing a river walking on a log. It's called La caida de Edgar (Edgar's fall). I have to admit it, it's fun, but that little fellow is always the target of every joke.

Those things happen all the time in schools, its not easy to be a teacher and keep your beady eyes on the kids all the time, if violence is going to happen it will and there very little a teacher can do to stop it, the latest crazy over here is to stab and kill fellow students, and the teachers are terrified,
