It's actually a slogan coming from the Dutch: hoe meer zielen hoe meer vreugde.
In English it is: the more souls the more joy, in this people are mentioned by souls.
In my screen I replaced souls by the meaning of death ppl, and chrysants are often used (in Belgium) to put on graves.
