When you see something where you want a screen about you press shift and print screen at the same time. Shift is the big arrow undernetah your enter button, and print screen (Prt Scrn) is on the same button then Sys Rq, right of F12.
After that you go to an image program, e.g. Paint (for windows: Start > All Programs > Desktop Accesoires > Paint) and you press ctrl and v there (at the same time). Your screenshot is now in Paint. Select the piece you want to use and cut or copy it (ctrl+c).
Click at the top of your screen on the first menu item (Bestand on my screen) and take 'Nieuw' or 'New' on English pc's; or simply press ctrl+n. If it asks you to safe, select no.
You'll now see a white field. Press ctrl+v to paste the part of the screen you cutted in the previous section. Remove all wite parts of the screen you don't need and safe your screenshot. It's recomanded to safe it as jpg or jpeg. If it's bigger then 1 Mb you can't upload it.
Now go to a website where you can upload screenshots, e.g. Imageshack (imageshack.us). Now click on 'Browse...' or 'Bladeren...' on my screen. A window will open. Go to the folder where you saved your screenshot and select it. Click on 'Open' or 'Openen' on my screenshot.
Now press 'host it!'. Your screenshot will now be uploaded to the internet. This can take some time (average 10 second to 1 minute). Note that your screenshot can't be bigger then 1Mb.
When your file is uploaded this window will apear:
Copy the link at 'Hotlink for forums (1)', and paste it into your reply box on the forum. When you post your message, the screenshot will apear.
If your screenshot is big, then use 'Thumbnail for forums (1)'. This will make a smaller image apear in the post, but users can click on it to make it bigger.
