Dragon Lords are the leaders of the dragons. They are even more powerful than normal dragons that can usually be found in their company. Like normal dragons, they can throw fireballs, spit fire, and heal themselves, but they can also throw great firebombs.

Knight hunting guide
Block 65/65/650: While blocking the dragon you should always stand diagonal from the dragon lord. This is to avoid the fire wave’s he shoots at you. It can hit over 250 with some luck. Keep an eye on your HP bar cause you need to heal as soon as your health drops down to 200-300.
Solo 80/80/1000: This can get a bit hard but not impossible, block the dragon lord with your shield and use explosions to kill it fast. Keep standing diagonal from the dragon lord, when he moves, you move. You should heal as soon as you turn yellow. When the Dragon lords starts running, don’t run after it, just make sure he is in range for your explosions. While he is running, he heals more then normal. So shoot explosions as fast as possible after each other.
Econ: 90/90/1200: with these skills and HP it won’t be so hard to kill a dragon lord anymore. So now you could hunt them for the loot they drop. Take a BP uh and a BP explosions and go to a 1x spawn. Around this HP, you will probably need about 2-3 UH runes per dragon lord. And about 4 explosion runes.
Paladin hunting guide:
Level 40+: At this level you will be able to kill dragon lords if a knight is blocking for you. Although you have to be very careful and remember to always stay diagonal to it, or stay at a stair so you can walk up/down in case your health is red.
You will have to use at least bolts, and be a couple to kill it since it heals fast. Hmms/sds are preferred when it get red health to kill it fast, but be careful at this point because it will be much harder to control. A recommended distance skill would be 70+ to avoid the knight wasting to much runes.
Level 60+: It's possible to solo a dragon lord in this level, but very dangerous. The best spawn if you want to do this is the one in the ankrahmun cave. First thing you will have to do is to lure 1 dragon lord, be prepared with exura vita and if you see another come after you, you have spoiled the chance to kill it, if that's the case then run as fast as you can to the stairs.
Once you got it to the stairs the tactic is to run around the stairs so it neither can hit you nor can shoot fire waves. Every time it hits you, you will have to heal either with exura vita or exura gran depending on the damage. You will have to use hmms or explosion to get the hp down, but only do that when you got full health, since the runes will exhaust you.
Use sd if it runs away since otherwise you will lure another dragon lord.
Although I still recommend to just have a knight that block for you.
Level 90+: Now you will be able to solo dragon lords easy if it's only one of them. Best way to do this is to use hmms, bolts, mana fluids(exura vita) and your brain.
You will have to know exactly what monsters are in what spawn and the way you will have to run.
A good place to hunt dragon lords/dragons at this level is in deeper fibula, be very careful though, the respawn time is insane!

Attacks:
Close combat:
Dragon lords use very strong close combat, the most likely attack for a blocker to block. Watch out when soloing this creature, this attack can mean your end.
Great fireball:
This attack always hits the target. It can hit around 120.
Fire wave:
The strongest but most easiest attack to avoid from a dragon lord. It can hit up to 250 or more and can be avoided by standing diagonal of the dragon lord.
Flees from battle:
Strange but true, dragon lords flee from battle when they are deep red. Best thing to do is to keep the dragon lord in range for your runes or bolts.
Placing fire fields:
this is the weakest attack a dragon lord can do, it places a 5x5 fire field and hit 20, 10, 10, 10, 10 very slow, so easy to heal.
Healing:
Dragon lords heal, especially when it flees from battle, so make sure that it doesn’t disappear from your screen, cause he’ll come back fast to finish you off.
