since there isn't any info about them on tibia.com i'll write some myself.
Grorlam is the big boss of the Stone golem species. He is the only one who attacks with heavy stones and attacks with an even enormous power then other stone golems do, but Grorlam was a dictator, he used the other stone golems as slaves. He made them search for food that he would eat all by himself. And if the stone golems didn’t obey him, they would be send to the arena, near the blue djinns, there they would get slaughtered by all humans that pass. But the stone golems didn’t took it much longer, they raided grorlam and banned him to a mountain far, far away, the place where he is now the terror of new adventurers, who will be smashed when they meet him.

Knight hunting guide.
Block: 60/60/665 this is probably the only way to kill Grorlam, because he heals himself and has a very high melee combat. So just block It, heal yourself when you turn yellow, and let the shooters kill it.
Solo 70/70/965 This can get very hard, because you have to block it, and damage it, put your attack strength on mid-shielding. Use explosions and HMM to kill it faster, you need it, cause Grorlam has a very high HP amount, and it heals himself, slowly, but he heals. Grorlam doesn’t runs so don’t stop with using runes when he’s red, just continue till he is absolutely dead.
Econ: This is actually impossible, because Grorlam is a once in a month spawn or maybe bigger. So the only way to kill it economically is by looting by luck a pair of steel boots.
Paladin hunting guide:
Lvl 30+: At this level, you can’t go alone with your blocker, Grorlam will heal to fast to seriously damage you. You shall need a mage for SD to come with you.
Lvl 40+: now you can go with just 2 paladins and a blocker, cause at this lvl you probably have magic lvl 15 so you can use SD runes. Make sure that the other paladin also uses SD or Explosions. Cause else it’s a waste for the knight who’s blocking.
Lvl 60+: now you can solo grorlam, use SD to kill it fast, cause at the places he spawns, it is impossible to run rounds. Also take some UH runes, cause Grorlam attacks with heavy stones that can seriously damage you.
Mage hunting guide:
With blocker: if you are a good sorcerer, you already have a higher magic level then 15, so you can use SD, but you also need to use energy beam, cause at this lvl you don’t hit so high with SD runes. Let the blocker block Grorlam and you stand ready for an energy beam spell. Bring mana fluids to boost your mana for a new energy beam. It would be wise to go with some other shooters.
Hunting solo: Summon 2 DS and let them block for you. Make sure that you have some IH runes for healing the DS, then use SD runes and great energy beam to kill Grorlam fast. Else it’s a waste of IH runes.
Safety rules: always but always keep your UH bp open when hunting in ancient temple or mt. sternum. You might come across grorlam without knowing it.
