Xenelor was quite rude about this even though Count had said he would ask Fox and threatened us with his 'Gm Friend' even though thieifing isn't against the rules and i doubt Fox did thief him

Avout Xenelor the Dark, I thiefed 3k from him because he refused to pay for his room that he rented at my gh.
Btw, stealing isn't against the rules; telling that you have GM friends is against the rules.
