im not sure what it is but when i play tibia, the game will be running fine, but then all the characters stop (the animations are still going though) and then a few seconds later it will unfreeze. at first i thought it was cause it was taking up 99% of my cpu (not even doom 3 does that) but i changed the frame rate and got it down to about 20 and absoloutly no change in gameplay. this gets really annoying and i dont know why it is happening. i know that it is not my computer because i have a high end one that i built from scratch myself. and tibia had been working perfectly about 1 or 2 weeks ago. and i was wondering if anybody has had the same problem or knows what it could be and maybe help me solve my problem
thx

Where do you live and in what gameworld do you play? It might be because you play on a server not really suiting, e.g. an Europian playing on an american server got more lag then on a german server.

Maybe too many ppl in your street are on the internet and this can cause you lag. Try to defragmntate your pc and scan it on errors.

Try to delete the one you don't play and then defragmentate.

I think your pc is messed up completely. Maybe formatating would help but then you lose everything. It helped me a lot when my pc crashed all the time. Make back-ups of the most important files and try it .
