Do you think the rules for chat channels are too soft, or should they be softer? Why do you think that? Do you think the freedom of speech is too limited by those rules? Or do you think you can say too much?

I think that we should at least be allowed to say links as long as they are confirmed safe.

Yea I agree on that too. I also find that they shouldn't be so strict to ppl saying things like fuck, wtf... And they are too strict for using a wrong channel, if you compare it with cheaters. Cheaters often only get a ban for 1 week while you can get more for misusing a chat window.

Well ,GMs should notice that sometimes anyone can make msitakes and slip a "hi" into trade channel :\. Also links should be allowed, confirmed of course. There is an interesting proposal about that in the proposal boards.

Well, saying "obscene words" should probably be able to constitute a ban, but it should come with a warning or two, and perhaps have a softer punishment than violating a more substantial rule

Well they better forbid them to use the chat channels for a week or something. A ban is not what they deserve.

People have pictures of Gm's posting on trades on the gc by accident, yet when a player posts on gc instead of trades by accident when a gm is on, Gm's have been known to give bans. That is just not fair!
It wouldn't be hard for there to be a chat censor in the channels as well.
