I just found a new fansite called Tibia Planet. The url is: www.freewebs.com/tibia-life/index.htmIt's a shameless copy of Tibiacity and Tibianews (whitout permission) and except from that they even use our bandwith. I just blocked them from using our images so they have a lot of broken images now. I mailed to their host about the copywork they did. Lets hope the host doesn't tollerate this. |

How can you get permission for using a webpage content? Just asking by mail or is there any fancy procedure?

I don't know but they didn't got my permission. They use the bandwith I pay for, sounds like stealing to me. This way everyone can make a fansite.

I was really asking how to get permission. For example, assuming that I want to get your permission to use some articles or photos from your site, what should I do?
NOTE: It's only a hypothetical question, I'm too busy writing my story, working and writing poems to make a website

If you would mail me and I tell you that you can then it would be ok and I would never make any problems of it. Normaly I think written/signed permission is a proof.
