ok as for the new web site which Miss Demeanor/ Contessa Auria hosted and web mastered that is her call.
as for Tibia City which is Fox Mc Cloud he has been doing the Tibia City site, he started from scartch gathering all the info and breaking it down into sections him self with no out side help or shareing of web site info.
Fox has brought Tibia City a very long way since it's humble beginings, he had asked of some help in getting a couple images that would be total Tibia City unique in the early days since that time he went on to start doing all his own custom graphics.
as for the old Tibian Library site what will happen? since Mtani whom was the head web master moved on to other things and life leaving Tibia for other interest. that move left nobody as a web master at Tibian Library, most knew who Mtani was but since i was having it hosted at my internet providers site it pretty much fell by the way side not being updated and maintained. there was a couple that thought they might want a try at updateing and fixing the site. with the news of my internet provider selling out to a new company that is what has lead to the decision to get as much of it as can be saved, moved to new space on the web, Miss Demeanor and Fox are going to try to save as much information as they can before that space is total deleted from the internet.
i spoke with my provider last night and they said the days left for it to remain a valid web site with that Url Address are going to a close, they could not give me an exact date when it will be gone for good all they did say was that if i or any other thrid party wanted any of teh information from those pages had better begin working at getting it saved and or re-hosted some place else. they did say the soonest it will happen is 2 weeks but will not go past 30 days from today.
if i could have saved all of the old Tibian Library website i would have but trust me Mtani has got a ton of custom things in the folders that are stored there, good luck to those that can make heads or tails from all of the info at the old Tibian Library.
i do hope that somebody can save at least parts of all that tibia info.
if i could have figured out how it had been set up by Mtani, and what everything was it may have had a change, but since all i did was provide a place to store and host the web site we had a good and fun filled run while it was there.
to all the faithful Tibian Library supporters thanks each and everyone of you that helped make Tibian Library what it became.
