Beholders

If you ever made something from beholders (guide, locations, images) or you're planning to do so, then post this info in this thread. We'll add this creature o the website soon.

Paladin hunting guide:

Level 20+
this maybe hard, killing beholders at this level, better use bolts for a quick kill. Ignore the skeletons he summons, only focus on the beholder, keep an eye on hour HP, at your level it can go down dramaticly quickly. keep an exura vita at the ready. run after the beholder, cause runs away from you, and when he does that, he will shoot less missiles at you.

Level 30+
Now you can kill beholders with not to much problems. run after the beholder when attacking it, but keep in mind, keep a small distance between you and the beholder, cause else you hit lower with your bolts. better not try to take on 2 beholders at the same time. all those summoned skeletons can trap you and then you can't use the tecniek of running after it.

Level 40+
Now you can take on multiple beholders at the same time, expect to use around 1-2 vita's while killing them. you don't need the techniek of running after it anymore, though it's still handy. best way now is to trap it into a corner and use arrows, bolts aren't necessary anymore.

Knight hunting guide (info)

Magic: 35/35
Kill: 40/40
Level: 70/70
Strategy: Most hunted monster at its level. The reason for mass hunting is the more than better loot they provide at their level. They spawn skeletons. But if you kill the Beholder, then all the Skeletons will die with it. Move around the Beholder while attacking to avoid their missiles.
This is a money maker for players of levels 30-60.


Paladin hunting guide (info)

Kill: 25
Econ: 40
Strategy: Beholders can be difficult for a low level Paladin. Their missiles do hurt. More than one Beholder can be a challenge. Better get some levels before killing these. But, they give some nice loot. Don't waste your time trying to kill the Skeletons. Just target the Beholder and kill it quickly. If you got trapped with a swarm of Skeletons, then use a GFB to clear the ground.
This is a money maker for players of levels 40-60.

lol, i dont have time to make beholders either, making runes for a hunt behind the blue flame. and it got a deadline. i need to finish 2 bp explosion and 3 bp hmm in the next week, got so far 1 bp explosion and 1/8 of a bp hmm.... so sorry fox, u can't make me famous with the beholders

no, while making runes u normally don't see an orc crossing by, to bad, but i can make some tiquanda monsters, cause i need food some times. and then i go get it at the elephants

I just say that I allready made lizard guides for paladins at thread Request: Paladin strong monsters ( you can find much more strategys for pallys more that I done). And at thread request: Knight strong monsters I wrote about lizard sentinel and lizard templar and more other creatures but not lizard snakecharmers. Dunno if the mage guides are done.
