Some strategy guides are missing.
Missing monsters:
Ancient Scarabs
Bonebeasts
Efreets
Elder Beholders
Liches
Marids
Serpent Spawns
Example (make your monster tips the same):
Vampires
Attacks: Vampires have 450 HP and 290 Exp
Close combat (0-150 damage, Life Drain with 50-100 damage).
Maximum damage within a turn: 250
Immunities: Poison, Paralyse, Invisibility
Specials: Paralyse
Block: 50/50/450
Vampires are easy to block. You may go with a mage or a Paladin. They can hit you and drain life at the same time. Therefore, it is possible to lose up to 260 hit points in a turn.
Solo: -/-/450
You can solo Vampires easier than you can block them. What you need is Fire bomb runes. On a non-PvP world, You will have to spend 2-3 Fire Bomb shots and 3 HMM runes per Vampire at level 45. Shoot a Fire Bomb at the Vampire, move away from the Vampire and attack using HMM. When the Fire Bomb is about to vanish, shoot another Fire Bomb. Keep the process going till the Vampire is dead. However, this method is more expensive than blocking. On a PvP world, you can just use a single Fire Bomb shot to kill a vampire.
Econ: 70/70/750
At this level you should be able to melee them with 1-2 UH using your 2-hander. Shoot some HMM to speed up the kill.
Group: 75/75/900
GFB is the answer to a group. Use your full defence mode with the best shield and one handed weapon. Try to keep a maximum distance from the group while shooting GFB rapidly at them. Remember to hotkey and cast exura to cure paralyse. If you expect Demon Skeletons with them, either use a stealth ring or carry some Explosions runes to clear them out.
