I know how to edit movies with programs like Windows Movie Maker, and I have .rec files that I want to edit. But how would I convert these .rec files into something usable to upload on the internet for all to see and to edit on something like WMM?

I have no idea how you can convert it, but if you record immedialty with e.g. SnagIt it saves the movies in mpeg or wmv wich you can edit.

I downlaoded it but it seems to only take screenshots. I want to make movies like on this website. But I cannot edit them...

You can change the settings so it makes movies.
