It's an original system of spawn owwning. I play on non-pvp, noobs don't care about you there.

I think that owning a place is really unfair. Whenever a person comes to me and asks to hunt with me I always share, if the place is big enough (Mintwalling for example or tombs). But if the place is really small (dragon spawn at ank) I don't say a word and wait for them to ask me my staying time. I always hunt for an hour, maximum 2. Something happened to me that got me really upset. I was on Mintwallin and some guy was hunting there. I asked him if he was going to be long, but he told me that he was leaving. I started my hunting and then some stupid high level arrived and told me: "I have reserved this place". I said to myself "what the hell, idiot". His level was 134 paladin. How to argue with him? You just can't. I stayed there for a little to pick my loot and parcel it and then after some minutes he tells me "Leave or hunted". I answered right away "Shut the *** up, I'm just picking my loot and I will leave, don't be that stupid and continue hunting" The guy continued his hunting and didn't bother me anymore. Sometimes you have to earn that respect; I did that day from that guy, a level 134 If you can share a place, do so. If it is too small you are on your right to hunt the place for some time, but not the whole day. BE SAFE PEOPLE

I agree with claiming, spawns like guards are slow and rubish exp as it is, with 2 people you find the spawn just keeps getting blocked and both of them end up sitting around doing nothing.
However spawns which are much bigger and dont have a massive detramental effect to spawn times with more than one person, should be shared.
e.g larvas, u could say a high skilled knight could kill all larvas in a cave solo, but he should be in scarabs etc allowing lower lvls to exp.
What are guard caves like on none pvp worlds? must be insane, cant make loot bags so u have to keep posting when full cap.

I always try to share hunting places, if it's possible. E.g. Scarabs caves at ank. I don't play too much but when I do I always go to amazons to try to get volcanic rod from witches.

I think "owning" a respawn is a bit too much, but if you ask someone to leave because you want to hunt there for some time is ok, isn't it? <throws shoe against noob who pushes me away from hunting spot...>

Yea, but I never hunt on places where someone else is hunting except when I can't stand him. I really hate people who tell me to leave when I was somewhere first.

Well, of course owning a spawn isn't fully right, but walking in to take a spawn someone is at isn't right either. I always feel bad when there's someone at a spawn and a ALWAYS leave. However, some people don't feel the same way and since it's nonpvp they can't really chase me away and i can't chase them away. What some people do is follow hem around and steal all their exp until they leave, but then they just call you a looter, and my reputation is rather important to me. Luring is also an option, but then you're a lurer.
The fact is, nothing is power abusing when you're trying to chase people out of a spawn you have not been hunting in for over 2 hours (or have not given them a time). The person who took the spawn is the one who is abusing their power.

I share my hunting areas as long as they aren't real small. I absolutely hate the low lvl noobs that come in and say "leave" and I've been there for a couple of hours or even more by myself. Sometimes, I have found some popular areas with nobody there and just keep on hunting til it gets to crowded. I hunted the fib rot cave one time for 4 hours without anyone coming in at all! If I hunt that long without anyone coming in, I don't feel I own it, but if someone just comes in and says leave because they want to hunt it, depends on what their level is as to whether or not I leave. I think the worst noobs are the very low lvls that come in and say leave and if you argue, you are contacted by thier protector who is a very hight lvl and told to leave. Hehe, will say this, on one world I play, a guild waited in ambush for a 'protector' to show up and killed him. Almost started a guild war but for a while, you didn't have protectors threatening you cuz a lvl 14 or 15 wanted to hunt an area all by themselves.

If many people are online on tibia there aren't many free spawns. People must then not hunt there all day. That isn't fair. I also hate it when I come to a hunting place and he says: br? you can't talk with someone who only says br. so you don't know when he is going to leave.

If many people are online, then the respawn is also faster.

If many people are online, then the respawn is also faster. yes but that's the reason people don't want to leave at that time of the day

I always go to the tombs and if I go to 3 tombs then I have 90% chance that one of them is empty. If it's taken I go to the next.
