I got an idea. Maybe a guide writing contest. And the best guide writer will become a staff member. Good idea or bad?
I can make a thread about it now if it's ok and put some rules.

You really think so? Normal staff members can only reach the staff board which other members can't. Just ban him or make him normal staff member if he abuses.

How you know he/she won't work?
Maybe they should write what they are good at and then get change of getting staff member by writing a guide. And of course they should make the things they are good at. Interwieves and other things that are needed.

I do not promote staff members on request, but when I feel the need for it. At the moment our mod team works perfectly as it is now.
